SPARK is JTEnergi’s internship with duration 3-6 months, track for aspiring talents who are ready to ignite their career journeys. Designed for active university students, SPARK provides immersive, real-world exposure to energy projects that matter.

Through hands-on experience, guided mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration, interns get to contribute meaningfully while learning the values of integrity, sustainability, and innovation. Whether you're in engineering, management, or science — SPARK helps light your path into the professional world.

[Freshgraduate Upskilling & Entry-level Launchpad]

36 Months Program

Our Graduate Development Program crafted for high-potential fresh graduates ready to make their mark. This track focuses on accelerated learning through structured onboarding, rotation opportunities, and real project responsibilities.

We recognize the value of individuals who strive for more — academically, professionally, and socially. Provides personalized onboarding, leadership coaching, and career pathing for talents ready to contribute to national development through energy solutions. Open for undergraduate or diploma programs, applicants must be in a maximum of 7th semester; for master's programs, up to the 2nd semester.
